This Sake is polished off “Yamada Nishiki”, which is said to be the most suitable for Sake brewing and produced taking a long time by high quality spring water of the water city “Ogaki”. When you enjoy it Hiya (Sake served at normal temperature), you can feel the fruity aroma particular to Daiginjo and soft umami in the refreshing taste.
