Ogaki City, which has clean and abundant groundwater, is a land pattern suitable for sake brewing.
Takeuchi Sake Brewery was founded in 1744 (the first year of Enkyo). It is said that he started making sake at Ogaki Castle in the middle of the Edo period, and started making sake such as the founding brand "Brother Flower" of the same sake brewery.
